Position- Business Analyst- Logistics & Marketplaces Exp- 2+Years Notice Period- Immediate joiner- 15 days Location- Hyderabad Working days and Timing- 6 days Skills- Business Analyst, requirement gathering, BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and process documentation, SQL and product analytics, Agile environments, UAT, QA validation, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace products Role Overview: We're looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to bridge business needs and product development. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams to define requirements, analyze data, improve workflows, and support the delivery of scalable logistics and marketplace solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features. • Create process flows, documentation, and support product discovery. • Analyze product performance using SQL and analytics tools. • Conduct UAT, validate features, and manage defect tracking. • Support API integrations and optimize logistics and marketplace workflows. • Monitor key business metrics and recommend product improvements. Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. • Strong skills in requirement gathering, BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and process documentation. • Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Looker Studio, etc.). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace products is preferred.
