Project Incharge(Civil)

Experience: 15–20 Years Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Location: Banashankri, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Job Summary We are looking for an experienced *Project Incharge (Civil)* to independently lead and manage the execution of *high-rise residential building projects*, from site mobilization through to final handover. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in *Aluminium/Mivan shuttering systems*, proven experience delivering premium and prestigious residential developments*, and the ability to manage large, cross-functional site teams of 50+ members. *Candidates must currently be working on the contractor/construction execution side* (not with a developer/client-side organization), with direct, hands-on accountability for site execution. This is a senior, on-ground leadership role requiring strong technical command, decisive project execution, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects — from mobilization, planning, and execution through to completion and client handover. • Oversee and manage all site-level civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms. • Drive project execution using **Aluminium/Mivan shuttering techniques**, ensuring optimal cycle time and formwork efficiency. • Manage, mentor, and coordinate a large on-site workforce of **50+ team members**, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams. • Plan and monitor manpower, material, and machinery resources to ensure project milestones are met without delays. • Coordinate closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and client-side project teams to resolve on-site technical and design issues. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure construction meets structural integrity and finishing standards expected in premium residential projects. • Monitor and control project budgets, manpower productivity, and material wastage. • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and statutory/legal requirements at the site. • Prepare and present periodic progress reports, execution plans, and project status updates to senior management/client. • Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implement corrective action plans. • Manage the final stages of project completion, including snag rectification, documentation, and formal handover to the client. Mandatory Requirements • 15–20 years of overall experience in civil construction, with significant experience specifically in **high-rise residential buildings. • Must currently be working with a construction/contracting company (EPC/contractor-side) — candidates from developer/client-side or consultancy backgrounds will not be considered. • Hands-on, proven expertise in Aluminium Formwork / Mivan Shuttering systems — non-negotiable requirement. • Demonstrated track record of independently managing high-rise residential projects from execution through handover, on behalf of a contracting/construction firm. • Prior experience delivering *premium or prestigious residential projects for reputed developers (as the executing contractor). • Strong people-management skills with proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of 50+ members on-site. • Excellent project execution, planning, and cross-functional coordination abilities. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under site pressure.
