Junior Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Jr. Engineer (Civil) to assist in overseeing construction activities at project sites. The candidate will support in supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating with site teams and monitoring work progress, and ensuring smooth execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities • Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site. • Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. • Assist in maintaining site records, measurements, and material requirements efficiently. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Head or management as per requirement. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. • 1- 3 years of experience in construction sites. • Good knowledge of construction methods and site management. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work dedicatedly at project sites. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures. • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks. • Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
