Role & responsibilities • Site Supervision • Monitor fabrication and erection activities on-site. • Ensure drawings, specifications, and quality standards are followed. • Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients. • Fabrication Management • Review fabrication drawings and material requirements. • Supervise cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly works. • Ensure proper use of fabrication tools and equipment. • Installation & Erection • Supervise installation of structural steel, piping, tanks, equipment, or machinery. • Verify alignment, leveling, and dimensional accuracy. • Coordinate lifting and rigging activities. • Quality Control • Conduct inspections of fabricated components. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. • Monitor welding quality, NDT testing, and documentation. • Safety Management • Implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures. • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. • Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safe work practices. • Planning & Coordination • Prepare work schedules and progress reports. • Coordinate with procurement for materials and equipment. • Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
