Job Title: Junior Hardware & Software Engineer (Fresher/0–2 Years) Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a quick-growing drone manufacturing company building UAV innovative solutions. Our team works on cutting-edge technologies across embedded systems, electronics, software, robotics, and autonomous systems. If you're passionate about building things, solving real-world engineering problems, and working with both hardware and software, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do - Develop and test software modules using Python, C, and C++. - Work on Linux-based development and embedded systems. - Assist in drone assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting. - Interface with sensors, GPS modules, communication systems, and flight controllers. - Perform hardware-software integration and system validation. - Debug embedded hardware and software issues. - Read and understand circuit diagrams, datasheets, and technical documentation. - Work with microcontrollers, embedded boards, and semiconductor devices. - Assist in PCB-level debugging and hardware bring-up. - Support PLC-based systems and automation wherever required. - Participate in field testing, performance evaluation, and product improvement. - Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and software teams throughout the product development cycle. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering discipline. - Freshers are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply. Required Technical Skills - Good programming fundamentals. - Knowledge of Python, C*, and/or C++*. - Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line tools. - Understanding of electronics and hardware fundamentals. - Knowledge of hardware assembly and troubleshooting. - Basic understanding of semiconductors and electronic components. - Familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded systems. - Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation concepts. - Ability to understand circuit schematics and technical documentation. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) - Experience with Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar development boards. - Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, or Ethernet communication protocols. - Exposure to drones, robotics, IoT, automation, or autonomous systems. - Experience with soldering, PCB testing, or electronics lab equipment is an added advantage.
