About The Role We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our consulting team. This client-facing role spans implementation, consultation, and tool deployment using ORATIC, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution in the manufacturing and supply chain domain. Roles & Responsibilities • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and planning functions • Support end-to-end implementation and consultation engagements for clients • Lead/assist in tool deployment using ORATIC, including configuration, testing, and rollout support • Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements backed by data • Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and project documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery • Track project milestones and support post-implementation review and troubleshooting Must-Have Qualifications • 1+ year of experience in any of the following: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Planning • MBA is mandatory, from a top-tier institute — NITIE or SP Jain mandatory • Must be based in or open to working from Mumbai (local candidates only) • Exposure to ERP systems is mandatory Good to Have • Prior exposure to consulting or implementation projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint • Excellent communication and client-facing skills What We Offer • Exposure to high-impact consulting engagements across manufacturing and supply chain domains • Direct mentorship and fast-track growth opportunities • A collaborative, performance-driven work culture Skills: mumbai,postgraduate,manufacturing,supply chain,business analyst,tier 1 college,erp implementations,distribution
