Growth Product Manager (EdTech Startup)

Industry: E-Learning / EdTech Startup About the Role We’re looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing learning products used by thousands of learners. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, content, and growth teams to ship impactful features that improve learning outcomes and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who graduated from a top-tier engineering institute and has hands-on experience building B2C digital products in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery → PRD → delivery → iteration • Translate learner problems into clear product requirements and user stories • Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to ship high-quality features • Drive consumer metrics like activation, engagement, retention, and learning outcomes • Use data, user research, and experiments to inform product decisions • Prioritize roadmap items balancing user impact, business goals, and tech feasibility • Continuously improve user experience across mobile and web platforms Must-Have Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager / Associate PM • Graduate from a top-tier engineering institute (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent) • Prior experience building consumer-facing (B2C) digital products • Strong understanding of product discovery, user journeys, and UX fundamentals • Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum teams • Data-driven mindset with exposure to product analytics and experimentation Good to Have • Prior experience in EdTech / Learning platforms / Subscription products • Exposure to growth experiments, funnels, and engagement metrics • Basic understanding of front-end/back-end concepts • Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling product team
