Business Analyst - Claims (P&C Insurance) | Configuration | SQL Company: Xceedance Job Location: India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 9L13L a year We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to the P&C Insurance domain, particularly in the Claims area. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, prepare functional documentation, support configuration activities, and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Work on configuration-related requirements. Facilitate client discussions and stakeholder meetings. Support UAT activities and requirements traceability. Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions. Drive process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
