Wanted Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 0–1 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, coordinating with stakeholders and development teams, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. • Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. • Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams. • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications. • Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, discussions, and presentations with stakeholders. • Analyze business data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making. • Identify gaps between current and desired business processes and recommend solutions. • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. • Review developed features against business requirements and support UAT. • Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project deliverables. • Prepare reports, dashboards, documentation, and project status updates. • Support clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience with requirement gathering and documentation. • Knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and documentation tools. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. • Basic understanding of databases and SQL is preferred. • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams. • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience working on software/web/mobile application projects will be an advantage. • Experience interacting directly with clients and handling multiple requirements is preferred.
