Technical knowledge in civil works, quantity estimation, and structural detailing. Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings. Good in team building, labor management and contractor coordination. Strong planning, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD (basic) and measurement techniques. DESIRED SKILLS:- Experience in preparing BBS, DPR and quantity reconcillation. Familiarity with high-rise residential and commercial project execution. Basic understanding of project planning tools and safety compliance.
