Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst – Ops Excellence Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 6–8 Years | Industry: BPO/BPM Work Mode: Work from Office | Shifts: Rotational CTC: SME – ₹6–7.5 LPA | TM – Up to ₹12.5 LPA Job Summary We are hiring a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst for our Operations Excellence team. The role will focus on MIS, operational reporting, data analysis, governance, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports. • Analyze KPIs, productivity, SLA, utilization, staffing, billing, and performance trends. • Create dashboards, trackers, and management reports. • Support demand-supply, hiring, resource utilization, and workforce analysis. • Coordinate with Operations, WFM, HR, Finance, Quality, Clients, and Leadership. • Support governance reviews and ad-hoc reporting requirements. • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements • 6–8 years of BPO/BPM experience; Voice/Non-Voice exposure preferred. • Strong Advanced/Expert Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, dashboards, etc. • Experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Operations Analytics, or Ops Excellence. • Knowledge of SLA, SOW, utilization, billing, demand-supply, and workforce planning. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Exposure to Generative AI tools is an advantage. BPO experience is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts.
