IT Business Analysis

Summary: UST is hiring for IT Business Analysis Experience: 6+ years Location: Bangalore A Business Analyst with 6+years of experience, strong Jira + Confluence + ServiceNow expertise, Agile project experience, stakeholder management skills, and preferably exposure to Automotive/Connected Vehicle/Telematics environments would be the best match for this requirement Mandatory Requirements • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT/software projects. Strong expertise in: • Requirement gathering & elicitation • Functional & non-functional requirement analysis • Gap analysis & impact analysis • User story creation • Process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria • Agile/Scrum experience. • Stakeholder management and end-user interaction. • UAT coordination and testing support. • Incident, change, and problem management exposure. • Strong documentation and communication skills. Must-Have Tools • Jira • Confluence • ServiceNow • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • SharePoint Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements. • Work with Product Owners, business users, and technical teams. • Manage backlog and requirements traceability. • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies. • Coordinate UAT and defect management. • Support runtime/production issues and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred / Good-to-Have • Automotive, Manufacturing, or Commercial Vehicle domain experience. • Connected Vehicle / Telematics / Digital Services exposure. • Azure or AWS knowledge. • DevSecOps exposure. • Power BI or Qlik Sense experience. • Experience working with global/distributed teams.
