Role Description The Manager Civil will oversee day-to-day civil engineering and construction activities for projects based in Nanded. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and executing projects, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Manager Civil will coordinate with project owners, contractors, and site teams, conduct regular site inspections, and address technical and operational issues. The role involves supervising construction activities, guiding team members, monitoring quality of workmanship, and preparing progress reports and documentation. The Manager Civil will also support cost control, risk management, and infrastructure maintenance planning as needed. Qualifications • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related civil engineering practices, with the ability to apply standards to site development and drainage systems. • Proven Team Leadership abilities to supervise site staff, provide clear instructions, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment. • Experience in Inspection and quality control of civil works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. • Understanding of Infrastructure development and maintenance, including roads, utilities, and structural components. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Relevant experience in civil construction management, preferably in on-site roles. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, use basic surveying tools, and prepare technical reports. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications.
