Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In-person Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interior Fit-Out Projects Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise office interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of site execution, construction activities, interior finishing works, labour management and project coordination. Key Responsibilities • Review and understand project drawings, specifications and work schedules. • Plan and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely project completion. • Supervise site workers, subcontractors, materials and ongoing construction work. • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards. • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and project managers. • Monitor material requirements, deliveries and site availability. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and identify defects. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations. • Track project progress, expenses and material usage. • Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges. • Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and project documentation. • Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as scheduled. Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. • Experience in office interior fit-out projects is preferred. • Good knowledge of construction methods and interior finishing works. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings. • Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and site activities independently.
