Job Description: Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead (MERN/MEAN) Location: Mohali, Punjab Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 8+ Years Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience in MERN and/or MEAN stack development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on large-scale enterprise-level products, with strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, and DevOps. The candidate should be capable of leading technical teams, making architectural decisions, and driving end-to-end product development, deployment, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full-stack applications. • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using MERN and/or MEAN stack technologies. • Drive technical decisions related to system architecture, design patterns, microservices, and database optimization. • Lead frontend and backend development using React.js/Angular, Node.js, and Express.js. • Design and manage RESTful APIs, integrations, and database architecture. • Implement and manage DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments. • Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and performance. • Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Mentor developers, guide the engineering team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. • Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and/or MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). • Proven experience developing and managing large-scale enterprise-level products or applications. • Excellent knowledge of software architecture, system design, design patterns, and scalable application development. • Strong expertise in REST APIs, database design, application security, and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, monitoring, and production deployment strategies. • Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers and owning architectural decisions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience architecting enterprise SaaS platforms or high-traffic applications. • Experience managing complex integrations and distributed application environments. • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, infrastructure automation, and production monitoring. • Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and team management. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly capable technical leader who has built and scaled enterprise-level products, possesses exceptional architectural and DevOps expertise, and can take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle. Important: Candidates with experience limited to small-scale websites or basic application development may not be suitable. Prior experience with complex, enterprise-grade products is essential.
