We are looking for an experienced BA with Core Banking background in digital banking / Payments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements. • Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, Azure Dev-ops etc. • Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies. • Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking, payments and 3rd party integrations etc. • Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must to have Skills- • Gather and analyze business requirements. • Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models. BA with Core Banking background in digital banking / Payments Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks Good-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of specific technical tools and languages like SQL, Power BI or Tableu. • Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, and specific modeling techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). • Proficiency with software used for data analysis, modeling, using various database tools.
