Roles and Responsibilities - Ensure site engineering activities are carried out according to project specifications, codes, and regulations. - Oversee civil works in office, including Mivan construction, finishing work, high rise building projects. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow. - Prepare reports on site progress, defects, and recommendations for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile - 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E. in Civil). - Diploma holder in Civil Engineering also eligible; relevant experience considered. - Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and industry norms. .
