Job description The Team : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience translating business requirements into system enhancements that drive business value. The Role: • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred or equivalent hands-on Salesforce experience. • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Analyst roles. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud is an asset. • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. • Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations and solution recommendations. • Experience working with integrations across multiple systems and platforms. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams using Jira. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Experience supporting change management initiatives, user adoption, training, and UAT activities. • Proficiency with Excel, Visio, SQL, and process-mapping/documentation tools. What you’ll bring: • Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements. • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and solution discussions. • Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design and implement solutions. • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities. • Monitor enhancements, manage scope changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist with change management and adoption strategies to maximize business value. • Work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams. #LI-SP7 About us We’re a global team of innovators.
