Role Details: Business Aditya Birla Capital Unit Aditya Birla Capital Location Bangalore Role Business Analyst Department LAS Insti Eligibility Criteria Masters in Finance, 3-4 Years of Relevant Experience Required Skills & Competencies The analyst is responsible to ensure that proposals are compliant with all the norms of credit policy, RBI regulations and other statutory regulations. He/she must maintain stipulated TAT in credit appraisal process and is also responsible for keeping update on the various changes in economic scenario, sectors, etc., co-ordination with sales team and RMG for faster decisions. • Analysis of quality proposals Supporting Actions: • To analyse the proposal as per the standard parameters • Analyse Management Risk, Industry Risk, Business Risk and Financial Risk of the proposal • Adhere to the credit policy guidelines • Understand proposals by way of trade references, banker reference checks and other surrogates. • Capture the strength and weakness with proper mitigants • Responsible for maintaining check on allocated portfolio & provide regular alerts to Relationship Team & Management • Timely processing of credit proposals Supporting Actions: Supporting Actions: • Timely preparation of proposals highlighting strength and weakness in the proposal • Personal discussion with customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, etc and resolution of credit concerns. • Timely submission of proposals to Risk Team • Coordination with sales & risk team members to ensure timely approval of proposals • Renewal / Enhancement of existing facility Supporting Actions: • Sending timely and advance intimation to sales team for proposals due for review and renewals • Timely preparation of review / renewal proposals. • To ensure the fulfilment of the condition stipulated at the time of sanction • Timely submission of review / renewal proposals to Risk Team and coordination with them for completion of timely reviews / renewals • Continuous Monitoring of portfolio Supporting Actions: • Periodic review of the borrowers account • Regular updates on sectoral changes with help of external sources • Business Support Supporting Actions: • Help sales team to understand the strength & weakness of the proposal • Timely responding to the requests of sales team. • Support for development of new products and related parameters / documents to Origination and Structuring Head and Zonal Head Serves as subject matter expert and mentor for less experienced commercial credit analysts. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Refer the links to know more Growth & Culture at ABC: https://www.adityabirlacapital.com/careers?ref=abc-homepage Stay updated with Life at ABC - • Follow our LinkedIn Page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/aditya-birla-capital • Browse our Glassdoor Reviews: https://shorturl.at/fJKQ0 Disclaimer Aditya Birla Capital is committed to provide equal opportunity to all in employment and prohibits discrimination or harassment in any form on the basis of race, colour, religion, ethnicity, age, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
