We combine intelligent automation, agentic AI, and enterprise-grade compliance to help accounting and finance teams close faster, work smarter, and stay audit-ready — without the manual grind. We organize product delivery into five focused Agile Pods — Titan, Atlas, Nova, Pulse, and Bridge — each owning a distinct part of the Zato platform end-to-end, backed by dedicated cross-pod functions in engineering infrastructure (Forge), security & compliance (Shield), quality (Vanguard), and customer success (Summit). We're hiring a dedicated Product Manager for each Pod to own its roadmap and take it to its next stage of growth, partnering closely with each Pod's engineering SPOC(s), the PMO, and the wider Zato leadership team. About the Role Titan is Zato's core platform — the foundation everything else is built on. As Titan's Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for platform capabilities, the Query Hub / Command Center, notifications, Help Centre integration, and the Reviewer Cockpit, and you'll bring agentic AI into the heart of the core platform experience. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap • Own and evolve the Titan roadmap, translating platform-level needs into clear, well-specified user stories for engineering • Prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business goals • Define the long-term product vision for Zato's core platform experience Execution & Delivery • Partner closely with Titan's engineering team to design workflow systems that are intuitive, scalable, and reliable • Drive requirements for agentic AI capabilities embedded in core workflows, from concept through launch • Work with QA (Vanguard) to ensure releases meet Zato's quality bar before shipping Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Customer Success (Summit) to bring onboarding and support feedback directly into the roadmap • Work with Security, Compliance & Regulatory (Shield) to ensure new capabilities clear compliance review before release • Collaborate with the PMO on sprint planning and release timing What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) • Shipped at least one major agentic AI capability into the core platform experience • Established a clear, prioritized roadmap for Titan with buy-in from engineering and leadership • Measurably improved a core workflow (e.g., Reviewer Cockpit, Help Centre) based on direct customer feedback What We're Looking For Must-Haves • 6–8 years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Proven experience building workflow systems from the ground up • Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI features • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, pod-based Agile environment Nice-to-Haves • Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise B2B SaaS • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or LLM-powered product design • Prior experience working in a pod / squad-based Agile model Ways of Working You'll operate inside Zato's Agile Pod model — partnering closely with Titan's engineering SPOC(s), collaborating with cross-pod functions (Forge, Shield, Summit, Vanguard) as needed, and working alongside the PMO on delivery planning and sprint releases. Day to day, you'll live in a roadmap/sprint tool (e.g., Jira or Linear), design reviews in Figma, and analytics tooling to track feature performance.
