D365 Analyst

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Analyst with a strong focus on support, ticket management, and regional coordination for Sales and Logistics processes. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of our Corporate ERP system by managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating activities across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, structured, and able to manage priorities while collaborating with diverse teams at regional level. Key Responsibilities • Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets related to Sales and Logistics processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Coordinate ERP support activities across the region, acting as the main point of contact for local teams. • Monitor ticket queues, SLA compliance, and progress of ongoing issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency and system stability. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Sales, Logistics, Finance) to gather requirements and align support activities. • Support regional rollouts, updates, and harmonization initiatives for Sales & Logistics processes. • Prepare and maintain documentation, including procedures, user guides, and process flows. • Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to end‑users to ensure proper system usage. • Escalate complex issues to global IT teams and follow up to ensure closure. • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and regional coordination practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. • 5-7 years of experience in ERP support roles (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), with exposure to Sales & Logistics processes. • Strong experience in ticketing, troubleshooting, and user support. • Solid understanding of Sales & Logistics workflows and operational best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple countries. • Availability tro travel across the Region • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving. • Experience with EDI support is a plus..
