Required Skills: ✅ 9+ years of Business Analysis experience in Digital/eCommerce environments ✅ Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or similar eCommerce platforms ✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies ✅ Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence (ServiceNow is a plus) ✅ Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform integrations, and eCommerce ecosystems ✅ Strong experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration ✅ SQL/Data Analysis knowledge is an added advantage .
