• Technical Duties: Setting out the site, determining locations for infrastructure, and ensuring designs/drawings are followed correctly. • Quality Assurance: Inspecting work-in-progress, testing materials (e.g., concrete and aggregate strength), and enforcing industry standards. • Resource Management: Estimating material quantities, tracking resource usage, and ordering raw materials. • Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and ensuring the use of proper PPE on site. • Team Coordination: Liaising with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to resolve conflicts and adjust timelines. • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma , Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveying using equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS) and Computer-aided Drafting (CAD) software. • Soft Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and verbal communication abilities Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Flexible schedule • Paid sick time Work Location: In person
