Job Description (JD) Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineer) | CostX & AutoCAD Location: Gurgaon Experience: 0to5 Years CTC: 3 to6.7 LPA Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Shift: UK Shift Job Summary We are hiring Civil Engineers for the role of Quantity Surveyor to work on UK construction projects. Candidates should have knowledge of CostX, AutoCAD, or Mudshark and possess a strong understanding of UK quantity surveying standards. Freshers with relevant software knowledge and experienced professionals up to 5 years are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate quantity take-offs using CostX, AutoCAD, or Mudshark. • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) following NRM2, SMM7, and CESMM4 standards. • Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Prepare measurement sheets and maintain quantity documentation. • Validate formulas, calculations, and quantity outputs. • Raise Technical Queries (TQs) whenever required. • Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and project stakeholders. • Deliver projects with high quality, accuracy, and within timelines. • Support estimation and project cost analysis activities. Eligibility • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. • Freshers or professionals with 05 years of experience. • Mandatory knowledge of CostX, AutoCAD, or Mudshark. • Strong understanding of NRM2, SMM7, and CESMM4. • Good knowledge of construction drawings and quantity take-offs. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
