Role Overview The Business Operations Analytics team at arenaflex is the analytical backbone of the company, aggregating data from product, marketing, finance, and operations to provide a single reputed company of truth. As the reputed company Data Analyst, you will own the endtoend analytics lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and metric definition to ETL design, dashboard development, and performance monitoring. You will mentor a growing team of analysts, collaborate with crossfunctional partners, and champion a datafirst culture across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Business Performance Reporting & Storytelling: Serve as the primary liaison for crossfunctional stakeholders to interpret platform performance, identify gaps, and recommend datadriven actions that improve key business outcomes. Analytics Strategy & Tooling: reputed company the design and implementation of robust, repeatable measurement frameworks and reporting solutions across streaming and digital platforms.
