Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience to join our team remotely from India. In this role, you will work on client engagements involving data analysis, demand forecasting and supply chain planning. You will be expected to work independently, analyze complex datasets, identify meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. This is a full-time remote position based in India, working Sunday through Thursday and aligned with Israel business hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Israel time . Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities for improvement Support demand forecasting, inventory analysis and supply chain planning processes Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and structured datasets Evaluate forecast accuracy and identify opportunities to improve planning performance Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation and preparation Investigate data-quality issues and support root-cause analysis Document analytical processes, assumptions and findings Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients Work independently while collaborating with a remote global team Required Qualifications Minimum of four years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics or a related role Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data analysis Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational datasets Experience developing reports, dashboards and analytical outputs Strong understanding of data validation, cleansing and transformation Good knowledge of statistical and data-analysis concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage assignments independently in a remote environment Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python for data analysis and automation Experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning or forecasting Familiarity with Oracle Demantra, Oracle Demand Management Cloud or similar planning systems Experience working with global clients or distributed teams Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools Familiarity with data modeling and forecasting methodologies Experience analyzing forecast accuracy, inventory performance or planning KPIs Why Join Us Meaningful Work: Contribute to projects that directly influence planning and business decisions at global companies.
