Junior Civil Engineer - Fresher

About the job: Arch Point is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 'Junior Civil Engineer (Fresher)' to join our project management consultancy team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure in residential and commercial construction projects under architectural supervision. The candidate will assist in site supervision, quality checks, contractor coordination, and execution monitoring. Key Responsibilities: A. Site Monitoring: 1. Monitor civil works such as excavation, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing. 2. Ensure work execution as per approved architectural and structural drawings. 3. Report site progress to the project manager. B. Quality Control: 1. Check materials delivered on site. 2. Assist in maintaining quality standards as per project specifications. 3. Ensure proper curing, alignment, and workmanship quality. C. Measurement & Billing Support: 1. Take site measurements and prepare basic quantity reports. 2. Assist in verifying contractor bills. 3. Help in BOQ tracking and material consumption monitoring. D. Coordination: 1. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors. 2. Assist architects and senior engineers in resolving site-level issues. 3. Participate in site meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting). E. Documentation & Reporting: 1. Willingness to work on-site (field-based role). • 5. Basic knowledge of drawings and AutoCAD preferred. • B. Eligibility Criteria: • 1. B.Tech in civil engineering. • 2. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience can apply. • 3. Strong learning attitude and commitment to site work. • 4. Must be comfortable with the field/site environment.
