ServiceNow SPM – Business Analyst Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Chennai | Bangalore | Noida Employment Type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 Months Salary: ₹28–30 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis and ServiceNow implementations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into functional ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, process mapping and solution validation. • Identify process optimization and improvement opportunities. • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates. • Support testing and UAT activities, including test cases, defect tracking and validation of fixes. • Prepare implementation documentation, release notes and end-user guides. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. • Minimum 8 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations. • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow SPM. • Experience with Now Assist implementation. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices, data models and platform constraints. • Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile Board and SAFe Agile framework. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations. • Exposure to Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) is an added advantage. • Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
