Employment Type: Contractual Location of Posting: Ludhiana Purpose of the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as ‘Manager – Infrastructure’. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructure projects, under the purview of the Infrastructure vertical of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Independently manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Planning and Design: Prepare plan, estimate, drawings, design and execute proper implementation of civil projects as per organisational plan. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and community representatives, to ensure seamless execution of projects and obtain necessary approvals. • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. • Reporting, Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare regular technical, progress reports & documentation, develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or safety. • Compliance, Safety and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, with a focus on safety norms, sustainability, and environmental best practices. • Community Connect: Understand the community requirements and implement the Infrastructure vertical activities accordingly by co-creating feasible solutions and ensuring technology and innovation. Work Experience: 3-8 Years of Experience in managing infrastructure projects, preferably within development sector or corporate social responsibility sector. Minimum Qualification: A full-time B.E./B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute. Technical Skill Sets: • Strong Knowledge of Civil Engineering Principles, Construction Techniques, Project Management Methodologies, Relevant Software Tools(AutoCAD, STADD Pro, etc). • Adept in MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP. • Coordinating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex infrastructure projects. • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills(English & Hindi).
