React JS and Node JS Developer

Minimum Qualifications: • 9+ years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js. • Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline. • Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component-based UI development and API design. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend services. • Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. • Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans. • Build and review reusable UI components, state management approaches, and frontend performance optimizations. • Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance. • Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. • Mentor and guide team members, supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience leading technical teams, owning modules end-to-end, and driving delivery across multiple workstreams. • Strong knowledge of modern React patterns (hooks, component design, performance tuning) and scalable Node.js service development. • Experience with system design, integration strategies, and designing APIs for extensibility and maintainability. • Demonstrated ability to influence best practices through documentation, code reviews, and mentoring. • Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions with clear acceptance criteria.
