Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with US healthcare experience to join our Customer Service Product Engineering team. The Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions focused on improving customer service within the US healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and define project objectives and scope. Translate business needs into clear and well-structured requirements documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories, and use cases. Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement. • Lead intake process requirement analysis, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals Apply Lean Intake Analysis (Lean IA) Principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements. • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards. • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress. • Prioritize requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and providing recommendations and solutions to resolve them. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience (typically 8 to 12 years of experience) in Business Analysis, preferably within the US healthcare industry. • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the US Healthcare domain. • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, payer operations, and regulatory considerations. • Expertise in intake frameworks, requirement gathering, and process optimization. • Experience working with Lean methodologies (Lean IA preferred). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work across multiple business units and manage complex requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
