• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. • Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, quantity estimates, BOQs, and technical reports. • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. • Monitor construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues. • Review construction materials, method statements, work procedures, and quality documentation. • Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management. • Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines. • Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper implementation of construction standards and best practices. • Identify potential project risks and support corrective and preventive actions. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, supervisors, and site personnel. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering/construction projects, depending on project requirements. • Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, masonry, steel, foundations, and general construction practices. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant civil engineering/project management software. • Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and construction planning. • Familiarity with relevant IS codes, building regulations, specifications, and safety standards. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction drawings, and technical documents. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with site teams, and meet project deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
