Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools. • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical analysis. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. • Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support decision-making. • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. • Monitor KPIs and provide insights on business performance. • Support automation of reporting processes wherever possible. • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency in SQL. • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
