Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas. We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Code area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders. This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma. This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone. What you'll do at Figma: Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Code area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
