The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide effective solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. - Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. - Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. - Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. - Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Participate in client discussions, workshops, and PreSales activities when required. - Ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Required Skills: - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong experience in Business Analysis. - Knowledge of FI (Finance) or SCM (Supply Chain Management) processes. - Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. - Positive communication and documentation skills. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage. .
