Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the design, fabrication, and installation of ducting systems, ensuring that mechanical specifications and quality standards are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India includes reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with fabrication teams, inspecting installations, and resolving mechanical and layout issues at project sites. The specialist will collaborate with project managers, material distributors, and clients to align design requirements with practical constraints and site conditions. Daily tasks include performing calculations, optimizing duct layouts, monitoring project progress, supporting commissioning activities, and preparing concise technical documentation and reports. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and applied experience in HVAC or ducting systems. • Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and revising mechanical and ducting layouts. • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, system optimization, and interpreting technical data. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, distributors, and project stakeholders. • Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities for planning tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines. • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field are preferred. • Experience in on-site installation, fabrication supervision, and familiarity with industry safety standards is beneficial. • Ability to work in field conditions, conduct inspections, and maintain attention to detail in documentation is desirable.
