We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Business Analyst to study our business operations, understand existing workflows, identify operational gaps, and recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, designing processes, and implementing systems that help organizations grow. The selected candidate will work closely with management and department heads to improve how the entire organization functions. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis - Study the company's business model, departments, and operational structure. - Understand current workflows from client inquiry to project completion. - Observe day-to-day operations and identify process inefficiencies. - Gather business requirements through meetings and stakeholder discussions. Process Mapping & Documentation - Document existing workflows and business processes. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Prepare process flowcharts, workflow diagrams, and documentation. - Define roles, responsibilities, and approval hierarchies. Gap Analysis - Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Analyze communication gaps between departments. - Identify delays, repetitive tasks, and manual processes. - Evaluate risks affecting project delivery and business performance. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues. Business Improvement - Recommend process improvements and operational best practices. - Suggest automation opportunities using suitable software and AI tools. - Improve project management, reporting, and internal coordination. - Develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. - Design KPI dashboards and performance tracking systems. Implementation Support - Assist departments in implementing approved improvements. - Monitor process adoption and measure results. - Train teams on newly introduced workflows and systems. - Track business improvements and present progress reports to management. Required Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Business Process Analysis - Process Mapping - Gap Analysis - SOP Documentation - Business Requirement Gathering - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides - Project Management Tools (ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar) - Strong documentation skills Preferred Skills - Experience with CRM systems - Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation - Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma concepts - Dashboard creation and reporting - Experience in Media, Events, Marketing, Advertising, or Service Industry Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, IT, or a related field. - MBA or relevant certifications will be an added advantage. - 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Process Improvement, or Consulting. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to: - Understand all business functions and department workflows. - Complete process documentation for major business operations. - Identify critical operational gaps and improvement opportunities. - Present a business improvement roadmap with actionable recommendations. - Assist in implementing high-priority process improvements.
