Beaver Builder Specialist/Wordpress Developer

Job Description : Work Setup : Work Arrangement : Fully remote. Work Schedule : 1 : 30 PM 10 : 30 PM IST. About the Role : This role is not suitable for junior developers, theme users, or general WordPress builders. We are specifically looking for someone with proven, hands-on commercial experience building custom websites using Beaver Builder. We are not looking for someone who is simply willing to learn Beaver Builder or who has only limited exposure to it. The successful candidate must already be confident using Beaver Builder in a commercial environment. Applications without clear, demonstrable Beaver Builder project examples will not be considered. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom WordPress websites from bespoke designs, contributing to internal development standards, and supporting ongoing website improvements. Training will be focused on internal processes, not the fundamentals of WordPress or Beaver Builder. Key Responsibilities : - Build fully custom WordPress websites using Beaver Builder, without relying on pre-built themes. - Translate bespoke designs into clean, responsive, mobile-first front-end builds. - Configure and maintain WordPress environments, plugins, and core updates. - Develop and maintain reusable templates, layouts, and components. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across WordPress websites. - Work with WooCommerce setups, including configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders when required. - Maintain high standards of code quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven commercial experience with Beaver Builder - essential and non-negotiable. - Minimum 5 years' WordPress development experience, either agency-side or freelance. - Strong working knowledge of : 1. PHP. 2. HTML. 3. CSS. 4. JavaScript / jQuery. 5. MySQL. - Experience with WooCommerce builds and troubleshooting. - Ability to diagnose and resolve WordPress issues efficiently. - Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development. - High attention to detail and commitment to code quality. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Bonus Skills : The Following Skills Are Advantageous But Not Essential. - Experience with other page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery Please note : experience with these tools does not replace the required Beaver Builder experience. - Familiarity with ACF, CPT UI, WPML, and Gravity Forms. - Experience working with hosting environments such as cPanel or WHM. - Understanding of website performance optimisation and technical SEO basics. Mandatory Application Requirements : To Be Considered For This Role, Applicants Must Provide. - At least 3 live websites built using Beaver Builder. - A brief explanation of their involvement in each project, such as : i. Website build. ii. Customisation. iii. Troubleshooting. iv. WooCommerce work. v. Performance improvements. vi. Ongoing maintenance. You should be comfortable working independently, following internal standards, troubleshooting issues, and producing high-quality builds from bespoke designs.
