We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in DMS, SFA, and CPG/FMCG to translate complex sales and distribution business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across sales, distribution, and business functions • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps to support solution design • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology specifications • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams through the solution build and delivery lifecycle • Support requirement analysis and process design for DMS (Distribution Management System) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) implementations • Apply CPG/FMCG domain knowledge to identify process gaps and recommend improvements • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across business and technical teams • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews) • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time Required Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: • Strong hands-on experience with Distribution Management Systems (DMS) • Practical experience with Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms • Solid understanding of CPG/FMCG business processes, especially sales and distribution • Proven experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and process mapping • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • 8-10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst Good-to-Have: • Prior experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams in a tech/SaaS environment • Exposure to digital transformation projects within CPG/FMCG organizations
