Business Analyst Mutual Fund Domain (India)

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Mutual Fund domain to understand business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Prepare FSD, Use Cases, User Manuals, and other functional documentation. - Manage stakeholders and understand customer/business needs. - Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases. - Conduct product demonstrations for clients. - Coordinate with Development, QA, and Support teams throughout the SDLC. - Provide functional understanding and training to project teams. - Identify gaps and support requirement clarification and solution discussions. - Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are clearly communicated. Required Skills: - 3-6 years of hands-on Business Analyst / Requirement Analyst experience. - Strong and hands-on Mutual Fund domain experience Mandatory. - Good understanding of SDLC. - Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills. - Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio / Draw.io, JIRA / Mantis. - Good documentation and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: - MS-SQL / basic database knowledge. - Experience in leading or mentoring BA team members. - Business Analyst certification. Share this article .
