BUSINESS ANALYST CUM TESTER – EIR IMPLEMENTATION Company: Switchr Consulting Location: Mumbai (BKC) – Work from Office / Client Location Experience: 6–8 Years Salary: ₹10–14 LPA Employment Type: Full-time / Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Working We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst cum Tester for an Effective Interest Rate (EIR) Implementation project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the Kondor Treasury System, particularly its Fixed Income (FI) and Money Market (MM) modules, along with strong knowledge of Treasury Operations and Investment Accounting. Candidates with practical Kondor application testing experience and an understanding of EIR implementation using the Constant Yield Method are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, BRDs, and FSDs. • Work on Treasury Operations and Investment Accounting processes. • Understand the complete trade lifecycle across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Finance. • Support Effective Interest Rate (EIR) implementation using the Constant Yield Method. • Analyse and validate amortisation schedules, premium amortisation, discount accretion, effective yield, accrued interest, interest income, and amortised cost. • Work with Government Securities, State Government Securities, Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Floating Rate Bonds, Perpetual Bonds, Structured Bonds, Treasury Bills, Certificates of Deposit, and Commercial Papers. • Understand investment classifications such as HTM, AFS, and FVTPL, along with MTM processes. • Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. • Validate accounting entries, investment calculations, and treasury reports. • Manage defects and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders. • Support end-to-end implementation and testing activities. Mandatory Skills • Hands-on experience with the Kondor Treasury System. • Practical Kondor application testing experience, specifically in FI and MM modules. • Strong understanding of Treasury and Investment Accounting. • Knowledge of EIR calculations and the Constant Yield Method. • Experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management. • Understanding of RBI guidelines and Ind AS 109. Good to Have • SQL knowledge and data validation experience. • Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools. • Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills. Educational Qualification CA / MBA Finance / CFA / FRM / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification, along with relevant Treasury experience. Important Requirement Hands-on Kondor application testing experience is mandatory. Candidates with general banking or finance experience but without practical Kondor exposure will not be considered.
