The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, research, and technical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and contribute to academic and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities Data & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze operational data to build automated dashboards and track institutional growth. Process Automation: Streamline recurring reporting workflows using advanced Excel, Power Automate, or scripting languages. Research Execution: Assist in designing research frameworks, conducting literature reviews, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative study data. Scholarly Contribution: Support the drafting of academic proposals, research papers, and policy frameworks by providing robust statistical evidence. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Educational Research, Analytics, or a related field (Ph.D. candidates preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Research Skills: Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS) and a strong grasp of academic research methodologies. Communication: Exceptional academic writing skills and the ability to translate complex data for both scholarly and administrative audiences.
