Halo Media is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fully remote team in India In this role you will play a key part in the development and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions that align with our clients needs and business goals At Halo Media we champion innovation by inclusion and believe in empowering our diverse teams to overcome digital challenges As an international agency with over 200 specialists we merge design and technological expertise to provide tailored strategies We deeply value building meaningful relationships with our clients and delivering top-notch digital experiences Discover more about our values and culture at halopowered com Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements facilitate discussions and encourage stakeholder engagement Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly Validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and high-quality standards Develop detailed documentation including business requirements use cases and process flows Monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation Requirements Experience Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field Technical Skills Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence familiarity with Agile methodologies Analytical Skills Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams Teamwork Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting Adaptability Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements Benefits 100 remote position Payments in USD Signing loan .
