Frontend Developer – Next.js / React.js Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required Technical Skills: • Next.js and React.js • JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Tailwind CSS, HTML5 and CSS3 • Zustand / Redux • TanStack Query (React Query) • React Hook Form and Zod • REST API Integration • WebSockets and Real-time Data • Git and GitHub Key Responsibilities: • Develop responsive and modern web applications. • Build dashboards, admin panels and reusable UI components. • Integrate backend APIs and manage application state. • Implement real-time features using WebSockets. • Optimize frontend performance and application security. • Handle production builds, deployment and server integration. • Collaborate with backend and mobile app development teams. 2. Backend Developer – Java / Spring Boot Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required Technical Skills: • Java 17+ • Spring Boot and Spring Security • Spring Data JPA / Hibernate • MySQL / SQL • REST API Development • JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Redis and RabbitMQ • WebSockets • Git and GitHub • Linux and Docker (Preferred) Additional Knowledge: • React.js / Next.js • JavaScript / TypeScript • React Native / Android • REST API Integration across web and mobile applications Key Responsibilities: • Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs. • Design and optimize databases and SQL queries. • Implement authentication, authorization and API security. • Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks and notification services. • Implement caching, background jobs and real-time communication. • Manage backend builds, server configuration and production deployment. • Collaborate with frontend and mobile app development teams. 3. Mobile App Developer – React Native / Android Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required Technical Skills: • React Native and Expo • JavaScript / TypeScript • React Hooks • Expo Router • Zustand / Redux • Android Native Development (Kotlin / Java) • REST API Integration • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) • Push Notifications • Native Android Modules • Git and GitHub • EAS Build Additional Knowledge: • React.js / Next.js • Java / Spring Boot Backend • API Authentication and Authorization • WebSockets and Real-time Communication • Firebase Integration Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain high-performance Android applications. • Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces. • Integrate backend APIs, authentication and push notifications. • Work with native Android features, permissions and background services. • Implement offline functionality and background synchronization. • Handle APK/AAB generation, app signing and Play Store releases. • Perform application testing, debugging and production deployment. General Candidate Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong practical knowledge of the respective primary technology stack. • Good understanding of software development principles. • Experience with REST APIs and Git-based development workflows. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Good communication and time-management skills. • Knowledge of other development technologies will be an added advantage.
