Position: Fresher Civil Engineer / Junior Site Engineer Department: Civil Engineering / Construction Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering Industry: Construction & Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities • Assist senior engineers in daily construction and site supervision activities. • Monitor construction work according to approved drawings and specifications. • Support RCC, foundation, brickwork, plastering, and finishing activities. • Check site measurements, levels, and material requirements under supervision. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors. • Maintain daily progress reports and construction records. • Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation. • Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship. • Follow site safety procedures and quality standards. • Report site issues and work progress to the senior engineer or project manager. Required Skills • Basic knowledge of civil construction and building materials. • Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel. • Understanding of construction measurements and estimation. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to work at construction sites. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
