About the internship: Field Sales & Marketing Executive Intern (Nagpur) Manish Steel Traders, TMT bars & construction steel Manish Steel Traders is a Nagpur steel supplier serving builders, contractors, and developers. We supply TMT bars from leading brands at competitive prices, deliver reliably and offer credit to trusted clients. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visit and call builders, contractors, developers and engineers across Nagpur, using a pincode-wise list of offices and active construction sites we provide 2. Introduce Manish Steel Traders, hand out brochures and rate cards, and collect contact details 3. Find out what each prospect needs: current projects, monthly steel use, which brand and supplier they buy from now, and their payment terms 4. Pass on hot leads the same day, and set up meetings or calls with the owner 5. Follow up with prospects until they place a first order 6. Log every visit daily (name, phone, location, interest level, next step) in a simple Google Form or Sheet 7. Additional information: • Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 10,000 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 10,000 /month • Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 350000/year • What you'll get: 1.
