HIRING | ServiceNow Business Analyst GRC & SecOps Locations: Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore Experience: 45 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Interview Mode: Face-to-Face CTC- 15-20 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GRC/IRM processes Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical requirements Conduct requirement workshops, discussions, and gap analysis Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs & process flows Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design Support Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management Support UAT, defect analysis, sign-offs, data migration, reporting & dashboards Prepare SOPs and project documentation Provide go-live and hypercare support Ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements Mandatory Skills ServiceNow GRC / IRM Business Analysis (BA) Requirement Gathering & Documentation Stakeholder Management Risk & Compliance Management Positive to Have ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem, Request ServiceNow workflows & integrations Agile / Scrum methodology Global delivery / client-facing experience ServiceNow CSA / CIS-IRM / GRC certification .
