Civil Engineering Trainer / Faculty Company: SkillPlace Academy (Unit of Autommensor) Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–5 years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month About the Role SkillPlace Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Civil Engineering Trainer to provide practical, industry-oriented training to diploma and engineering students. Key Responsibilities • Deliver theoretical and practical training in Civil Engineering. • Teach Civil Engineering fundamentals and industry-relevant concepts. • Train students in AutoCAD, quantity estimation and related civil engineering software. • Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments and project-based learning. • Prepare training materials, assessments and practical exercises. • Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. • Develop students' technical, communication and professional skills. • Support students with placement preparation and technical interviews. Required Qualifications • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field. • 1–5 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience. • Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and practices. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Practical/industry experience will be an advantage. • Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Skills AutoCAD, Revit, Quantity Estimation, BOQ, Building Planning, Structural Basics, Surveying, RCC, Construction Management, Civil 3D and other industry-relevant tools.
