Role Summary: Support the Engineering Lead in full-stack feature delivery for the MVP. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to both frontend and backend development - Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration - Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing - Knowledge of AWS Ideal Candidate 1Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles2Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with robust expertise in React.js and Node.js.3Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.4Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.5Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.6Mandatory (Location) – Candidate must be currently based in Delhi NCR only7Mandatory (Notice Period) – Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.8Preferred (Skills) – Exposure to real-time socket communication, omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.
