Lead Technical Product Manager BI & Analytics Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise BI, Analytics, and Semantic Metadata capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, data, analytics, and business teams to build scalable, governed, and self-service analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise BI and semantic metadata platforms. Drive adoption of a unified metrics/semantic layer to ensure consistent business metrics across Tableau, Power BI, and other applications. Manage BI platform capabilities including self-service analytics, governed reporting, and embedded analytics. Work with Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Platform teams to deliver scalable solutions. Drive BI platform migration, adoption, consolidation, and rationalization initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics, semantic models, reporting standards, and governance. Conduct user research and analyze BI usage to identify opportunities for improving analytics experiences. Manage product dependencies, technical debt, and platform improvements with engineering teams. Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or BI/Analytics Product Lead. Strong experience with enterprise BI and analytics platforms. Hands-on knowledge of Tableau and Power BI. Understanding of Semantic Layer, Metrics Layer, Metrics-as-a-Service, and semantic models. Experience with tools/technologies such as Metrics View, Cube, AtScale, or dbt Metrics is preferred. Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, platform adoption, and migration. Good understanding of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Data Mesh, and Data Catalogs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
